At The Southern Basement Company, this is how we manage our projects:
1. We personally oversee every aspect of the design and finishing of your basement, from beginning to end.
2. Once a project is started, we will be at your home full time until all work is absolutely 100% complete.
3. We bring all materials to the jobsite (if needed) and we remove all trash and debris.
4. Our customers deal with one supervisor, and are kept well informed as to the overall progress and schedule of the project.
5. Our customers are charged exactly what we estimate in writing. If the homeowner makes a change in design (and that's ok)
which creates more work, then we'll only charge for our added materials and labor costs.
When a project is completed, we want each and every customer to be able to walk through their finished basement and say,
"This is exactly what I wanted!" For us, that's success...
